Shark Racing competes on the grandest stage of sprint car racing – the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series – which involves racing from coast to coast. The team, which consists of owner Bobby Allen and drivers Jacob Allen and Logan Schuchart, kicked off 2015 by racing in Arizona for the inaugural Winter Heat Sprint Car Showdown before starting the World of Outlaws campaign in Florida in February.
The 2015 World of Outlaws schedule consists of more than 90 races from February to November at approximately 60 tracks in 23 states and three Canadian provinces. Approximately a half dozen of the races have been selected to be televised on the CBS Sports Network with dozens more broadcasted live online through DIRTVision, which is the World of Outlaws media website showcasing live video and audio of event.
Bobby Allen, who was one of the charter members of the World of Outlaws during its inaugural season of 1978, took his son, Jacob, and grandson, Logan, on the road full time with the series last year. The drivers turned heads and gained valuable experience learning lessons night by night and track by track across the United States.
Both drivers have powered to a stronger start in 2015 and are focused on climbing the ladder in sprint car racing.
